Cancellation Policy:

Nightly Rentals must call within 48 hours, or you will be charged for your entire stay.

Weekly Rentals must call two weeks before the start of the stay or will be charged 50% of the weekly rate.

For monthly Rentals, you must call a month before the start of the stay, or you will be charged 50% of the monthly rate

Cancellations during The Green River Mountain Man Rendezvous and Holidays require A MONTH's cancellation, or we charge for your entire stay.

DATES ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE

THIS CANCELLATION POLICY APPLIES TO ALL RENTED, DRY CAMPING, AND TENT SITES.

No Show will forfeit the entire stay!

After check-in, no refunds will be issued.
